Festival Season is here and it’s time to get out and enjoy the fun, food and excitement.  If you are like me, dragging along a purse is not only cumbersome but it is also burdensome and awkward, because if you are like me having both hands free is the best.  I love to eat my way through festivals and down it all with a cold drink.  Carrying or balancing a purse can be a distractor.

So while I was out just browsing with my daughter-in-law, I saw the coolest belt with a purse attached.  It is reminiscent of the fanny pack which I always said I would never wear.  I always aligned wearing a fanny pack with looking like a tourist.  But as I have aged, comfort overrides everything.  And this belted purse fits my phone, keys, lipstick,and  I.D.  And the best part is it was about $10 which fits into my desire to keep things cheap.

This weekend we had a local festival which is always a fun event.  It was more enjoyable because I was hands free.  So I encourage you to consider making your next festival, vacation, or shopping adventure fun and freeing and allow yourself to jump on board and strap that fanny pack on hit those streets!
